Mala Necklaces Gemstone

Mala bead necklaces were originally used in India 3000 years ago. They have roots in Hinduism, Buddhism and yoga.
Mala is a Sanskrit word for meditation garland which is used in a style of meditation called Japa, to recite.
During Japa meditation you repeat a mantra 108 times using your beads to keep track. Our malas have 108 gemstone beads plus one guru stone made out of a healing crystal.
